I envy you for being able to capture photos of deer so often. The hunters keep the deer here far away from our area of the world. I have managed to capture a few deer these last 10 years. Great post Andy.

We have some culls but about population management. I do not like the culture of if it moves you have to shoot for sport.

I wish I’d see more deer and if I see them at Lake Erie Metropark, they are crossing the street while I am driving and I can’t stop or are far away. I likely won’t head to that park now for the next month as it is breeding season and there are more car/vehicle crashes in all rural areas than at any other time. I’ll bide my time and be patient and enjoy your roe deer in the meantime.
